The first step of most projects is the concept design. This phase is all about understanding what your ideal home would look like, and figuring out how to make it a reality. Our goal is to put together a design that is not only functional, but reflects your individual personality and lifestyle. As part of the concept design stage, we can also provide 3D images to help you visualise the finished product before any decisions are locked in.
Once the design is finalised, we can put together the full set of construction plans that your builder will need. By liaising with engineers, energy efficiency assessors, and other consultants as required; we are able to put together a single cohesive set of plans for your builder to work from.
As part of our services, we can also manage all permit applications and liaise with any necessary outside consultants on your behalf. This includes lodging and managing all council permits, from planning through to building and plumbing permits. This means you can focus on the important things in life, while leaving all the boring form filling to us.
